Lemony Snicket's Alternative Christmas:
We are currently adapting The Latke Who Couldn't Stop Screaming by Lemony Snicket, directed by Olivia Jacobs (The Gruffalo / Room on a Broom), towards a Winter show at the Roundhouse Studio Theatre in 2011 ’Äì 2012. Original development supported by the JCC for London and The Roundhouse.



Lost Plays Project:
We are in the midst of unearthing, translating and adapting several lost Yiddish plays in collaboration with theatre director Mark Rosenblatt towards production in 2011-2012.

Other Seder
Over a six year period, YaD will commission with the support of the JCC for London, new work from artists of all media that challenges and works with the traditions of the Passover Seder. Over the last few years, we have commissioned, presented and produced choreographer Hofesh Shechter to create a new piece of work for his company, performer Joshua Sofaer, puppet company Blind Summit and bands Oi Va Voi, Los Desterrados and Yiddish Twist Orchestra to create individual 20 minute pieces of work.
